Variable-pressure wiper system raises wiper-arm down-force at speed (using a vacuum modulator) to keep blades on the glass at high speeds. Speed signal is taken from the gearbox-mounted vehicle speed sensor. (A)/(M) variants identical except for sensor-mount details.
