HEADLAMP — Installation/Adjustment (Cont'd) + Headlamp Motor Check + Bulb Replacement
EL-45prose procedureMotor continuity matrix uses ① / ② / ③ / ④ / ⑤ pin numbers (transcribed as 1/2/3/4/5).
Installation and Adjustment (Cont'd)
Stopper adjustment
- 1Adjust stopper.
- 2Loosen lock nut on stopper.
- 3Turn motor manual knob to open headlamp assembly completely.
- 4Adjust stopper screw.
Headlamp Motor Check
Headlamp motor — circuit continuity test
- 1Disconnect battery ground cable.
- 2Disconnect the headlamp motor connector.
- 3Use an ohmmeter to check for continuity in headlamp motor circuit while rotating motor with manual knob.
